Product structure

  • Conductor: single or multi-stranded silver-plated copper wire (nickel-plated copper wire optional).
  • Insulation: PTFE PTFE film tape wrapped core: multi-core/single-core wire stranded into a cable.
  • Shield: silver-plated copper wire braid (nickel-plated copper wire optional), braid density ≥ 80
  • Sheath: PTFE PTFE film tape wrapped and sintered film

Product Characteristics

  • Rated voltage: AC 250 volts. AC 600 volts. AC 1000 volts.
    Rated operating temperature: -60℃~+200℃ (silver-plated copper wire conductor), -60℃~+250℃ (nickel-plated copper wire conductor)
  • Colour: black, brown, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, grey, white, two-colour stripe or other customer-specified colours.
  • High breakdown voltage: PTFE PTFE insulating material, not affected by the environment and frequency, volume resistance up to 1018 ohm-cm, dielectric loss is small, high breakdown voltage.
    Resistant to high and low temperatures: PTFE’s long-term use of the temperature range of -190-+260 ℃, does not affect its insulating properties. High temperature for a short time can reach 300 ℃, with non-combustible properties, away from the flame that is self-extinguishing.
  • Excellent chemical resistance: PTFE insulating materials, in addition to molten alkali metals, almost not subject to any chemical reagent corrosion. For example, in concentrated sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, and even boiling in aqua regia, its weight and performance are unchanged, and almost insoluble in all solvents, only slightly soluble in all-alkanes at 300 ℃ or more (about 0.1g/100g).
  • Excellent weather resistance: PTFE does not absorb moisture, is non-flammable, and is extremely stable to oxygen and ultraviolet rays, so it has excellent weather resistance.
  • It can withstand long-term working temperatures from -55°C to +260°C without affecting the insulation performance;
    Resistant to oil and corrosion, moisture and water absorption, anti-aging; non-combustible characteristics, leaving the flame that is self-extinguishing;
    Can withstand the high temperature of the soldering iron without deformation.
